Refund policy

At Chez Poirier, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
We take great pride in offering premium, locally sourced meat — fresh, flavorful, and handled with care from our butcher’s counter to your door.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to info@chezpoirier.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible for refund or replacement

  • Product arrived damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume.

  • Wrong item shipped.

  • Item missing from your order.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind or taste preference.

  • Product not stored properly after delivery.

  • Report received more than 48 hours after delivery.

For approved claims, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
Because meat is perishable, we cannot accept returns under any circumstance.

Important:
All orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep your meat cold for up to 48 hours.
Please refrigerate or freeze immediately upon delivery.
We cannot issue refunds for products left unrefrigerated after arrival.
